Spotlight: Diana Stein
We were honored to welcome Diana Stein as our guest musician for the Musical Memories Project™ recital at Memphis Jewish Home & Rehab on November 1, 2025. Her heartfelt piano performance filled the afternoon with warmth, nostalgia, and joy for the residents and staff.

A lifelong musician, Diana has been a beloved part of the Memphis music community for over 40 years. She has performed at iconic local venues including Paulette’s, The Peabody, BB King’s, Silky O’Sullivan’s, and of course, Memphis Jewish Home — where her music has long brought comfort and happiness to residents.
In addition to her performing career, Diana taught piano for 28 years at Southwest Tennessee Community College and continues to maintain a private teaching studio, inspiring students of all ages. Her musical journey also includes a decade performing in a klezmer band, bringing lively Jewish folk music to audiences across the Mid-South, and serving as a performing artist with Creative Aging, an organization that brings the arts to older adults.
Diana’s dedication to sharing music from the heart truly embodies the mission of Musical Memories Project™ — Bringing Back Memories Through Music.
